The following terms and conditions apply to refunds and cancellations associated with Jewell Investments Pty Ltd trading / Krissy Jewell.
Events/Trainings/Programs
With any purchase of our events; either in person, over the phone, or online; the following terms and conditions apply;
⚈ Cooling off period – 7 days for Australia, 3 days for USA and Canada, and 7 days for the rest or the World: you have three (3) days to change your mind (if you are a USA & Canada resident) or seven (7) days to change your mind (for the rest of the world) and have your deposit refunded. After that time, these cancellation policies apply. Please note, if you were given or sent any books, manuals, Audio files; USB or CD collections, etc. as part of your deposit, the refund can only occur after returning these to our office. The product needs to be in perfect condition, otherwise we need to adjust the refund.
⚈ You acknowledge that a non-refundable deposit applies to each event/training/program. Any deposit not specified for an event/training/program will attract a cancellation fee of $195 to cover the cost of administration, wages, and any other costs associated with running an event/training/program. This will be changed before any refund may apply within the cooling off period only,
⚈ If you simply change your mind or choose to cancel your involvement or attendance in the enrolled event/training/program, outside of the cooling off period, no refund will be issued. Any credits over and above the deposit amount, (or cancellation fee), will be held as credit towards any future events/training/program.
⚈ You may have entered into a payment plan for an enrolled event/training/program, and may have received a discount. You must keep the payments current. Failure to do so will result in you being required to pay the full price for the training and/or pay a penalty. Late fees will apply.
⚈ Any unpaid payments for an event/training/program you have already accessed, that goes into default, will be forwarded to a credit provider to follow up with and retrieve.
⚈ In the event that the event/training/program you enrolled into is no longer available to you/no longer being offered, any credit (minus cancellation fee if applicable) can be used to apply towards other events/trainings/programs offered by Jewell Investments Pty Ltd within the two (2) year period from the original enrolment date.
⚈ If you decide not to attend the event/training/program , that you initially enrolled into, and provide written notice two (2) months or more the commencement of the event/training/program, then you may be eligible to transfer your enrolment/credit (minus cancellation fee) to another event hosted by Jewell Investments Pty Ltd within two (2) years of the original enrolment.
⚈ When you enrol for our certification training, you have available coaching support from a coach/trainer (whether you chose to use it or not). The refund policy is based on that support as well as the training materials you receive when you enrol (if any).If you fail to attend, don’t show up and do not notify us within the appropriate timeframe mentioned above, to any enrolled event/training/program or abandon the event/training/program at any point before or during, then no refund will be issued and no credit will apply. Although, at the discretion of the Jewell Investments Pty Ltd management you may be able to select another event/training/program if it is within the 2 year period as specified above.
⚈ If, during the event/training/program you are found unfit to participate in this training (or are found to be disruptive, rude, argumentative, at effect and/or uncooperative) by a representative and/or staff member of Jewell Investments Pty Ltd, you will be required to leave the event/training/program immediately. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and Jewell Investments Pty Ltd representatives and/or staff will be the sole judge of this. In this case, no refunds will be given. All training material including manuals are to be handed back to us on the spot.
⚈ In the case of any personal factors, national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism or a natural disaster or any other reason deemed appropriate by Jewell Investments Pty Ltd, events/trainings/programs dates or locations may be changed. All effort will be made to accommodate already enrolled attendees. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another event/training or used to purchase product.
Products (Audio/ Video/ CDs/ DVDs – as well as MP3 and USB Stick media)
As these are media that can be easily copied and duplicated, no refund will be given for CDs, DVDs or mp3 media (including USB sticks) for any reason. The only exception is if the media is defective – in which case we will provide a replacement free of charge. All sales are final.
Coaching / One-On-One / Consulting
With any commitment to coaching, one-on-one sessions and/or consulting appointments; either in person, over the phone, or online; the following terms and conditions apply;
⚈ Single session - Must be paid in advance, at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
⚈ Programs or multiple pre-booked discounted coaching/consulting - Must be as per conditions of the agreement eg programs to be paid up front or on payment plan, with current payment up to date and all payments non-refundable.
⚈ A minimum of 48 hours must be provided to reschedule an exisiting appointment to ensure pre-payment of session carries over, unless a medical certificate etc is provided.
⚈ If appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, with no medical certificate or evidence provided. the booking is cancelled and all coaching/consulting fees associated with that appointment are lost.
⚈ Multiple cancellations or reschedules may result in any and all future sessions or participation in a program to be cancelled without further explanation. A partial (if any) credit may be applicable, (dependent on time/sessions remaining/commitment and time/energy/resources already invested in by Jewell Investments Pty Ltd and it's staff). Credits regarding this will be up to the discretion of management of Jewell Investments Pty Ltd and the coaching/consulting staff involved at the time. This is non-negotiable.
⚈ You acknowledge that the non-refundable payment/s may only be applied to future coaching/consulting or events/training with Jewell Investments Pty Ltd for up to two (2) years from the date of payment, if the conditions fall within the cancellation policy conditions mentioned above.
⚈ If you decide not to be involved in any program you have initially enrolled into, as long as we are informed two (2) months or more prior to the commencement of the program, then a refund of everything except the deposit (for that program) and a $500 minimum cancellation fee per six (6) month increments of the program, will be given. The refund given will be refunded using the same method as the payment towards the program was made.
⚈ If you have placed an amount toward a program you have enrolled into, and that amount is less than or is the same amount as the deposit, then no refund will be given, regardless of when your cancellation is lodged (outside of the cooling off period).
⚈ You may have entered into a payment plan and received a discount for multiple sessions or a program. You must keep the payments current. Failure to do so will result in you being required to pay the full price for the program or sessions and/or pay a penalty.
⚈ If you cancel your enrolment within or less than two (2) months of the start of the program that you have initially enrolled into, then no refund will be given, and your complete payment will be brought forward as a credit for future coaching/consulting, events or training of your choice (within maximum 2 years or less from the date of the first payment (known as deposit)). You may also decide to purchase product up to the value of the amount paid, less the amount of the deposit and a $500 cancellation fee/six (6) monthly program increments.
⚈ If you don’t show up to your virtual or physical appointment/s or abandon your session/s at any point during the process/program, no refund is due. The cancellation fee is in this case 100% of the amount paid. If you fail to attend a specific appointment without notifying us then there will be no refund due to you.
⚈ If, during the session/program you are found unfit to participate in the session/s (or disruptive - group meetings/calls) by a representative and/or staff member of Jewell Investments Pty Ltd, you will be required to leave the session immediately/disconnected from the call. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and Jewell Investments Pty L representatives and/or staff will be the sole judge. In this case, no refunds will be given.

Product Refund/Exchange
With any purchase of product; either in person, over the phone, or online; the following terms and conditions apply;
⚈ No refunds if you change your mind.
⚈ Exchanges may be possible if the original product is returned in the same good condition as when it was purchased and left Jewell Investments Pty Ltd. Any additional postage will be the purchasers responsibility and must be paid in advance, if necessary.
⚈ If products purchased online or other products require transit (eg pre-study material) are received damaged as a result of transit directly from the Jewell Investments Pty Ltd office to the purchaser, immediate notification to the Jewell Investments Pty Ltd office must be given for a replacement to be arranged. If it is not immediate, Jewell Investments Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any damage and it will be up to the purchaser to replace.
